Zone Alarm firewall configuration

1. Start -> Zone Labs -> Zone Labs Security
2. On the left hand side, click on “Program control”, then click on “Programs” tabs on the top right side of the window.
3. Look for FXTS.exe in the program list, and make sure you see “green” check mark Under Access, Server, and Send Mail. If you see “X” or “?” , click on it, and change it to “allow”.
4. If you do not see FXTS.exe, click on “Add” on the lower right hand side, and select “candleworks” -> “TS” -> FXTS.exe
5. Close out the window.
6. Try to log in the trading station again.
