Norton Firewall Configuration

1) They will need to go to Start then Programs then Norton Security. In Norton Security they will have a couple of options, the first of which would be Personal Firewall. They just need to single click on it and to the bottom right of the same window a button will appear that says Configure.

2)Click on that button and a new window will appear. On the top side of the window, there should be a couple of tabs one of them will be Programs, click on that(picture below). Tell them to scroll through the list on the bottom, and find FXTS.exe (TS1) and/or FXTSpp.exe (TS2), FXUPDATER.exe. These programs must have permit all next to them. If there is more than one FXTS, FXTSpp, or FXUPDATER in the list and they need to delete all except one (one copy of each) and make sure it has PERMIT ALL. If the programs are not there, they need to click on the ADD button and look in C > Program files > Candleworks > TS (TS1), FXTS2 (TS2) and/or Updater whichever is missing. Once you have done this, just click Ok and then close the other window. They should be able to login now.
