Configuring AVG Firewall

Click on Control Center

The above screen shot is when the Firewall is on.

To turn the firewall off simply hit the Stop All Traffic button.

Firewall is off if the button says Allow Traffic.

To Configure Firewall:

Double Right Click the AVG Firewall portion of the Control Center. (CIRCLED ABOVE)

After right clicking, select configure. The dialogue box below will appear.

Click on Add Application

The dialogue box below will appear. Enter the Information Appropriately.

For Trading Station II the Application path will be C:\Program Files\CandleWorks\FXTS2\FXTSpp.exe

For Trading Station I the Application Path will be C:\Program Files\CandleWorks\TS\FXTS.exe

For News Plug-in the Application Path will be C:\Program Files\CandleWorks\TS\News.exe

For Charts Plug-in the Application Path will be C:\Program Files\CandleWorks\TS\chart.exe

Ensure that the Action is set to Allow.

Click OK

You will come back to the Configuration dialogue box, in the list of applications scroll down and ensure that the addition was made.

Select Apply and then OK.

Exit Program and launch trading station.
